Register now for IMUC 2019 – Oct 8/9 2019

We are excited to announce that our 2019 Annual User Conference (IMUC) will be held in the nation’s capital, Ottawa, ON at the beautiful and historic Fairmont Chateau Laurier.

The Chateau Laurier is located with convenient access to the vibrant Byward Market, famous for local shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural activities! It is also a mere stone’s throw from the Parliament Buildings and is just minutes away from the Rideau Canal, the National Gallery of Canada and the National Arts Centre.

A high-level and preliminary agenda will be posted in the coming weeks, with a final agenda to be made available by June 1st to still allow for Early Bird Registration (space permitting).

Preliminary Conference Info

Monday, October 7th is Registration night! We’ll be hosting registration from 6 – 9pm where you can come pick up your registration package and conference information, meet the team, and enjoy a drink and a few small bites!

Tuesday, October 8th is a full day of conference activities starting with a full breakfast buffet.

Tuesday evening is our annual Social Event! Always a great chance to meet other FAST clients, hang out with the Millennium team and just relax and unwind in a fun, social and interactive environment.

Wednesday, October 9th is our final full day of conference activities starting with a breakfast buffet and wrapping up mid afternoon.

Conference Rates and Policy

Our Conference rates remain unchanged from last year and will be as follows:
Early Bird Registration (April 1 – June 30): $395 + tax
Regular Registration (July 1 – September 30): $495 + tax

Refundable or Transferable fees on or before September 3rd, 2019
All food allergies must be reported upon registration to be accommodated.

What you need to know this year!

This year we’ve listened to your feedback and have made a few changes, here are just a few of the highlights you can expect at this year’s annual conference:

1. This year’s conference, by popular demand, will include interactive and “hands-on” courses in addition to standard seminar-style classes and Birds of a Feather (BOF) style Round Table discussions!

2. If you choose to attend one or more of our new “hands-on” (follow along) courses, you will need to bring your own device. Be sure to charge up the night before as electrical outlets may be limited.

3. We will no longer be offering an “ask an expert” room at IMUC, but instead would like you to submit your questions ahead of time for consideration. Email with any questions you would like us to consider.

4. If you have an idea for a cool and dynamic client presentation, we’d love to hear from you! We are accepting applications on ways that clients are using FAST to solve their every day workplace challenges in interesting, creative and practical ways.
