Managing Attachments

Electronic documents can be attached to records throughout all of the FAST modules. However your roles will determine how you can manage and view those attached documents. Some users are able to only attach documents, users with more access can also delete attachments.

Some modules restrict changes to attachments after the associated records have been posted to your ERP. After records with attachments are posted to your ERP they can be viewed in FAST Finance if they were not marked as confidential. Attachments marked as confidential will still be available for viewing in the FAST module they were uploaded to.
