Need Help?

The first resource to check is the FAST online help documentation that is available in every application. The searchable help files are always located under the Help menu, from the Online Documentation option.

Reporting pages in FAST also have a shortcut to the appropriate help topic from the Help tab. The help tab is located beside the report options tab.

If you still require assistance after reviewing the help files check the Contact Information tab beside the Help tab on any reporting page. If the client support contact area is completed use this first, or ask your application administrator.

Last but not least contact Millennium support at customersupport@mcsl.com. Please include as much information as possible, screen shots that include the page URL are a great way to let us know where/what you are referring to.
