Oregon Tech Increased Student Retention & Engagement with Millennium FAST

Oregon Institute of Technology wanted to proactively address student retention issues by setting up an Office of Retention within the Enrollment Management department.

They were challenged by the difficulty in finding, accessing, and acting on the data they needed to improve retention and graduation rates.

They chose Millennium FAST to give them access to the data as well as the insights needed to identify when and why students were not re-enrolling. This increased overall retention rates by 11% and provided the platform for new approaches to student engagement like the use of text messaging.
