View Available Columns on a Report

Description

In this Tuesday Training Tip, we'll review how you can see what columns, as an end user, are available on a report. FAST reports can be large and some columns may not be visible on a report. Perhaps you want to add a column that you think should be on a report, but you don't see it on the report. To see what columns are available to be added, click the Select Report Columns icon on the icon toolbar. This will open up a popup box that displays all columns available to end users. A check in the box indicates the column is active on the report. If the box is not checked, the column is not active on the report. If you want to add the column, check the box next to the column name and then apply. The column has now been added for this session. If you want the column to always appear on your report, make sure you pin the report.
