IMUC Agenda

The full agenda will be available in October, but here is what we are planning:

Ⓜ Monday, October 7th: Kick off with an evening reception where you can grab your badge and mingle with Millennium staff and fellow attendees.

Ⓣ Tuesday, October 8th: Dive into a day packed with informative sessions, followed by a social night at the 5 Pin and Pints venue in the hotel.

Ⓦ Wednesday, October 9th: More great sessions and wrap up IMUC by early afternoon.

This year's IMUC theme is 'A Day in the Life', offering an immersive journey through the FAST process, encompassing Finance/Budget, Human Resources, and Student data. The conference will provide a learning experience, guiding you through:

• Define the goals of the report and the data that should be in the report
• Build a data entry form for a crosswalk table
• Populate the crosswalk data entry form and validate
• Write a query using the crosswalk data and other tables
• Build a report based on the query
• Initiate Security on the report
• Add the data entry validation form and the report to the menu
• Pin the report in multiple ways
• Create a single record view using the Form Generator
• Create a graph from a pinned report
• Build a dashboard based on the pinned reports and graphs
• Schedule the pinned reports to be emailed to stakeholders
• Build a Form Generator letter to be sent to all people on the report
• Schedule the letter to be emailed
• Validate the process
• Run audits on the report and letters

An assortment of application-specific sessions will also be held, providing an opportunity to address your questions and discover the latest updates. We look forward to your participation in what promises to be an enlightening and engaging conference.
